Step Into Life
This is what I do four times a week. Step Into Life is an oraganisation that do exercis program outside in diffrent parks around Melbourne. It´s always diffrent things to do so it never gets borring. Toning program this week is band next week weights and then pilatesball. When we have cardio we run in all diffrent ways you can imagen and you are really tired after one hour.
